Step back in time to the south-facing shores of Vaughn Bay, just 25 minutes west of Gig Harbor. Steeped in coastal history dating back to the Mosquito Fleet era, this extraordinary property featuring 3.25 flat, sunny acres, and 145 feet of pristine beachfront, was known as "The Lighthouse" for Vaughn Bay. It's a true sanctuary offering breathtaking southern views of Puget Sound, Case Inlet, and the Olympics. At the heart of this "Beacon at the Bay" rests a classic 1920s farmhouse, lovingly just restored from the studs out by a local family. Every system, finish, and surface is new, yet its original vintage charm, character and soul remain beautifully intact. Offering over 3,000 sq ft of light-filled living space across a fully finished lower level and an expansive waterside patio, there is ample room to entertain and relax against the peaceful rhythm of the tides. The pump house and 2 car detached garage were also just rebuilt, and the garage features 500+ sq ft of unfinished space above ready for your custom vision. Today there are highways to get you there in a hop, skip, jump (90 minutes from Seattle or Bellevue), but the moment you arrive, the peaceful rhythm of the tides and the sense of serenity will transport you to an era gone by. Seize your chance to own this special slice of history... and heaven!
